Description

The Pitco 60182701 Oil Level Probe Auto Top-Off Gas 5-Pin operates on the concept of a thermal sensing system that is used to measure the exact amount of frying medium in the vat. If the liquid drops below a predetermined level an electronic signal is sent to the control board inside the unit to activate the process of automatic replenishment of the fluid. This is a sensor that is placed in the fry tank, usually mounted on the side wall or the rear casing at the optimum fill line so that it is constantly in touch with the oil.
