Description

The Pitco A7027602 Gas Fryer Filter Pick-Up Block DFD works by providing a centralized junction point that pulls the oil in the heating vat into the filtration system. This element involves the use of internal channels that guide the flow of hot shortening into the suction line during the time the cleaning pump is on. This makes sure that the pump pulls the fluid through the filter media properly by anchoring the suction intake to ensure the pump pulls the oil through the filter media to eliminate the sediment before pumping it back into the cooking area.
