Description

The Pitco B1002703-C Baffle Weldment REM18 works by regulating the movement of heat in the burner tube assembly, and assists in shaping the flow of thermal energy in the cooking chamber. It works by directing the burning heat upwards and across the frypot space, such that the distribution of the flames has a uniform flow when the burner is in operation. This welded baffle design is fitted within the burner system. It is attached to the internal heating, system to ensure an orderly flow of heat in the unit during cooking sessions.
