Description

The Pitco B3633605-C Fryer Front Panel Top Deck Assembly SE14 is a protective structural enclosure that protects the internal control parts and wiring against high-temperature oil splashes and heat radiation. This is a heavy-gauge plate that provides a firm mounting surface to the digital controllers, switches and indicator lights of the fryer. This assembly is mounted on the upper leading edge of the fryer cabinet, directly over the frypot and below the eye level of the user. The metallic surface is smooth and brushed, and grease can run off easily and the surface can be sanitized quickly during rush service periods.
