Pitco B4510002 Pasta Cooker Wire Grid Basket Round Fine Mesh 4-7/8"

The Pitco B4510002 Wire Grid Basket is made with a fine mesh to hold pasta and other small food parts for boiling, ensuring water circulates evenly around the food without spilling. It has a round wire grid design, which allows for rapid lifting and draining following cooking and facilitates effective separation of food from hot water. This basket is inserted into the compatible pasta cooker units and, during use is securely positioned in the cooking well of the cooker. The 4-7/8" size allows for handling in commercial kitchen settings where pasta, vegetables, or other boiled foods are made in cooking cycles, using smaller amounts.
