The Pitco B4512501 Electric Fryer Wire/Guard Screen Tube Assembly supports the filtration area by allowing cooking oil to pass through the unit while preventing larger food particles from entering the filter tube during circulation. Designed for SE14T fryers, the screen tube assembly forms a protective barrier around the filter opening, maintaining an unobstructed oil flow throughout the filtration process. It is installed inside the fryer tank above the filter tube, where it remains positioned over the oil return opening as part of the filtration assembly. The assembly operates during regular oil filtering and fryer operation.
