Description

The Pitco B5604502C Fryer Basket Lift Hanger And Mounting Kit SG18 works by attaching the lifting part to the rear backsplash of the skillet to allow the mount to move the container automatically. The motor assembly is connected to the internal gears and support rods which support to raise and lowering frying loads at pre-programmed intervals. This hardware package is placed on the upper back casing of compatible SG18 series appliance to ensure that they are properly aligned throughout high volume operations.
