Description

The Pitco B6663701 Left Hand Filter Weldment is used in commercial fryers to handle and filter the cooking oil. It is fitted on the left side of SFD and SEFD fryers and is linked to the oil circulation system assisting in eliminating food particles and debris in the oil. The weldment ensures uniform frying operation and lessens the load on the pumping system of the fryer due to the flow of clean oil. This element is part of the oil management system of the fryer, which ensures adequate filtration of the oil during cooking periods in commercial cooking conditions.
