Description

The Pitco B6663702 Gas Fryer Filter Pan Guide Weldment RH SFD/S EFD allows the filtration carriage to be properly aligned through the provision of a track on which the purification carrier will slide into the base of the cabinet. This design element directs the horizontal flow of the filter pan to make the suction intake accurately line up with the inner oil return plumbing. The weldment is attached to the interior wall of the lower compartment of the fryer, which is a stationary rail system to mount the filtration assembly.
