Description

The Pitco B6666801 Filter Drain Elbow Weldment assists in the smooth flow of hot cooking oil out of the fryer vat into the filtration system, via an angled channel. This element is linked to the drain manifold with a secure welded joint to ensure the same flow path throughout the oil cleaning process. The elbow is mounted between the bottom of the fry tank and the filtration return line and it is intended to be mounted left or right on SE14T and SFSE14T models. This fitting will ensure that plumbing hardware is aligned properly to prevent leaks and internal system integrity.
