The Pitco B6678538C Fryer Filter Pump Assembly with Heat Tape is a 115V 21H SG/LJ-FBG element to cook oil in a compatible commercial appliance that has in-built filtration systems. This assembly pushes the oil through the filter in the cleaning process, which enables dirt to be removed and the oil to flow back into the fry pot.
