Description

The Pitco B6682001-C Filter Crumb Catch Weldment FBG is a replacement part that traps food particles when oil is flowing through a skillet to ensure that no debris gets into the filtration system. It works by passing the fluid through a mesh compartment, which captures crumbs and solids as the cooking cycles occur. This is designed to fit properly in the assembly so that it is placed in the fuel supply pathway to provide uniform separation of matter and oil so that the filtration process can operate without any disruption of the unit.
