Description

The Pitco B6700606-CL Probe Kit SE/SHE/MEII is an oil temperature sensor used in the fryer and provides an input to the control system to regulate its temperature. It works on the concept of detecting the changes in temperature of the cooking oil and relaying signals that regulate heating cycles. It operates in liaison with the thermostat, control board and heating elements of the fryer to assist in maintaining the correct temperature as well as providing the fryer with the correct operation during the cooking and standby states.
