Description

The Pitco B8043501 Propane Gas Burner Assembly SSH50/60 allows the production of heat by combusting liquid petroleum with air to form a regulated flame of combustion. This power is then passed on to the heat exchanger tubes to increase the temperature of cooking oil in the tank. It is mounted directly under the fry pot, and is attached to the manifold system in order to make sure it is properly aligned with the pilot light and ignition sensors and it is used to keep the thermal output steady during the high-volume food service operation.
