Description

The Pitco P6072188 Fine Mesh Basket Twin #18 OBL is a component assembly for use in SG18 fryer systems. It stores food during frying and enables the oil to flow through the component. The twin basket setup is within the fry pot and provides a way to cook multiple batches of food at once, thereby providing uniformity of cooking time. The small mesh is ideal for smaller or finer foods during frying. In commercial kitchen uses, this basket works to control the handling of foods and improves oil removal.
