The Pitco P6072612 Fryer Filter Paper Support Rack P18/34 is a structural frame to keep a pressure sheet flat and open in the drainage system. This metal grid will not allow the paper to sag or be damaged from the weight of the oil as it flows through the medium, which will allow a constant flow rate throughout the filtration process. This piece is placed at the bottom of the filter pan and is placed below the paper to give the filter assembly a solid base.
