Description

The Pitco PP10617 Heavy Duty Filter Envelope 11" X 13" captures the food particles and debris of cooking oil in commercial fryers. It is inserted in the filtration system of the fryer, through which oil goes through but the solids are retained to keep the cooking oil cleaner. The outer layer facilitates the effective circulation of oil and does not clog internal parts during filtration. It is set up within the maintenance system of the fryer that will ensure the maintenance of consistent oil and limit the accumulation in the fryer.
