The Frymaster 8102805 Fryer Swivel Caster W/O Break 100 Lbs Load Capacity equipment rolls freely on a rotating joint that enables rolling movement with a load. It can be moved across the floors of the kitchen by the wheel assembly, which allows control of movement. This is attached to the bottom of the unit on the grill base plate. It is built with a 100 lb load-carrying capacity and a 2 inch x 3/4 inch wheel size that facilitates repositioning in the course of cleaning.
