The Frymaster 8100357 Caster Plate with Brake 5″ Medium-Duty gives a mounting surface to a caster wheel and has a brake mechanism that prevents the movement of the wheel when it is in use. The plate is clamped onto the equipment frame, and the caster stem or fasteners are run through the plate to keep the wheel assembly attached. It is placed at the bottom of the unit where movement is required, and the caster is used to hold and stabilize the equipment. When it is in stationary use the brake hold the wheel. This medium-weight plate is compatible.
