The Frymaster 8100356 Fryer Swivel Caster Plate 5" can be mounted on a caster wheel that can then be rotated on its axis to allow the equipment to switch direction as it moves over smooth surfaces. It has a bearing race in the plate to take the vertical load and direct the rotational movement of the wheel. It is fixed to the underside corners or base frame of a compatible commercial kitchen equipment. This 5" caster plate will connect the fryer base so that it can move when repositioning.
