The Roundup - AJ Antunes 7000110 Platen Release Sheet Pack of 3 provides a non-stick surface on which the process of pressing or cooking can be done. It is used to prevent sticking of food to the platen and transfer of residues by forming a barrier between food and the platen so that items can be removed easily. These release sheets are laid directly onto the platen surface of the cooking or pressing equipment, over the area of contact to help the operation and clean up process of the equipment run smoother each time.
