Description

The Robot Coupe 28065 Slicing Disc 5mm CL50 is a cutting attachment used to produce evenly sized vegetable slices in commercial food preparation. It works by contacting cabbage and similar produce against a rotating cutting surface, where motion and blade contact determine slice formation. Inside a processor, the disc locks onto the drive system and turns in sync with the motor once assembled. As vegetables are fed through the opening, they are processed continuously, producing consistent results that collect inside the bowl for further use in kitchen workflows.
