The Cleveland FK19947 Range Pressure Control measures the gas pressure inside the system and regulates the gas flow to turn on when the pressure is set to a preset high level. It has an internal mechanism that reacts to the pressure changes and regulates the operation of the burners through the connected gas line. This part is a 1/4" FPT fitting that is installed in the gas control section of compatible commercial cooking equipment. The control is intended for use with equipment that must be cycled automatically and with the pressure to ensure proper burner cycling and system performance.
