The Star Mfg 2J-Y9977 Gas Fryer Pressure Regulator is a replacement part that is used in regulating and maintaining the same amount of gas pressure in commercial gas fryers. It can be adjusted to 8" to 12" water column and is rated at 11" WC to ensure that the fryer has the right amount of fuel pressure to operate safely and efficiently. The regulator is installed directly in the gas supply line, and it controls the flow of the LP gas between the source and the appliance to maintain constant burner operation.
