The Prince Castle 464-058S Probe Kit MCD 464-B detects internal heat levels within commercial toasting equipment and sends corresponding electrical input for regulation. Positioned inside the heating enclosure, it connects through sensor leads routed toward the electronic control section. Temperature variations occurring during equipment activity are captured at the sensing element and converted into low-voltage signals. These signals travel through the wiring network and are interpreted by the control assembly to adjust energy transfer to heating elements.
