The Prince Castle 541-1182S Holding Bin Auxiliary Button Bar Kit 41/41A operates by sending electronic signals from the tactile interface to the main control board to regulate timing cycles for stored food components. These buttons, when pressed, trigger certain programmed countdowns to monitor the freshness and rotation of the components within the integrated circuit of the warming unit. This part mounts to the front of compatible holding bins and is wired into a dedicated wiring harness to provide user control to other lanes or sections. The assembly contains the membrane switches and housing required to enable full input operation for the component.
