The Blodgett 23392 Temperature Probe is an accuracy sensor that is used to measure the temperatures inside the ovens in the commercial sector. It is 1/4 inch in diameter and 4 inches in length and is attached to the control system of the oven through 1/4 inch female push-on connections that provide accurate temperature indicators to the system. Mounted directly into the oven cavity. It allows for monitoring the conditions of cooking accurately, making sure that the results are similar and that the designed settings of the appliance remain the same.
