The Blodgett 36506 Thermistor Temperature Probe 7" Lead measures the temperature of the inside of the oven cavity and transmits an electrical signal to the control system to maintain the correct temperature. It operates by using a thermistor element which varies its resistance with the change in temperature enabling the controller to vary the heating output during operation. This temperature probe is installed inside the oven chamber, and the lead of the probe is attached to the control board in order to be able to monitor the internal conditions during the cooking cycle.

Installation Steps
