Star Mfg 2E-Z3278 Thermistor Probe is a temperature sensor element, which is applied in sandwich grill systems. It monitors variations in temperature and transmits them to the control unit of the appliance in order to allow proper control of heat during use. It is fitted with a 48 inch wire which enables it to be fitted flexibly in the grill assembly. This thermistor probe is the significant component of the temperature control system of the appliance which give the consistent operation of the appliance in the cooking and the consistent response of the thermal response under the standard operating conditions.
