The Duke 175977K Temperature Probe Kit FBB is a sensor that is used inside the broiler to monitor the amount of heat inside the cooker and relay this information to the control system. The tip of the probe detects the change in temperature and translates the change into electrical impulses which reflect the temperature readings on the display or controller. The kit is fitted into the broiler cavity, and the probe is placed in such a way that it is able to touch the cooking area.
