The Blodgett 57562 RTD Temperature Probe is a sensing system that ensure reliability in terms of providing accurate temperature values in commercial cooking equipment. It also performs temperature measurements on a 1k ohm Resistance Temperature Detector element which measures the effects of temperature-induced changes in electrical resistance to provide consistent as well as better measurements. It has small 3/16" terminals, which fit into products easily when it is used in compatible appliances.
