The Pitco PT60068301 O-Ring Viton is a direct replacement sealing ring that is 1"inner diameter, 1-3/8" outer, and is used in the specified commercial fryers. The O-ring provides an elastic compression seal between parts that need to be fluid-tight in normal temperatures and pressure conditions that are found in fryer applications.
