The Pitco PT60068301 O-Ring Viton is a direct replacement sealing ring that is 1"inner diameter, 1-3/8" outer, and is used in the specified commercial fryers. The O-ring provides an elastic compression seal between parts that need to be fluid-tight in normal temperatures and pressure conditions that are found in fryer applications. This component is installed in valves, couplings, or drain assemblies to ensure that the appliance does not leak oil and also to ensure that it operates steadily. In the mechanical assembly of the fry station, it serves as a essential sealing component.
