Description

The Pitco PT60130804 Fryer Pump Motor 8 GPM is a replacement pump motor in commercial fryer filtration systems. This motor has a rating of 1/3 horsepower and is rated at 240 volts and 50 Hz and is used to run the filtration pump which forces hot cooking oil through the filter assembly of the fryer. It circulates oil in the fry pot to the filter pan and back during the filtration cycle, which assists in removing food particles and keeping oil quality high. The motor is installed in the filtration compartment and assists in the regular oil filtering running in the commercial kitchens.
