Description

The Pitco PT60146201 Temperature Probe 3.69" x 5" x 1.27" is a sensing element for use in commercial systems. It is used to measure the temperature of cooking oil and sends an electrical signal to the control circuit of the fryer. It is placed at the desired sensing point in the frypot. The probe senses changes in the oil temperature and sends the data to the controller.
