Description

The Pitco PTB2005401 Control Box Assembly SST Primary FBG is an electrical control that manages heating and temperature within fryers applied in commercial processes. It is linked with thermostats and heating appliances to manage the cooking cycles. This is a hardwired assembly that fits into the main control compartment of the fryer. These are the housing, circuit board and terminal connectors that are to be attached. Once installed, it becomes internal to the electronics of the fryer and directs energy to the heating elements and manages the temperature during operation.
