Description

The Pitco PTB4510201 Basket Small Bulk Fine Mesh is a food-holding part that is compatible with commercial pasta cooker systems. It is mainly used to hold pasta and other food items during the cooking process and to allow water to flow freely around the food items. The fine mesh construction is effective because it captures objects, but allows efficient flow of water to enable even heat exposure. The basket is loaded into the cooker tank and it can be lifted to perform loading, cooking and draining.
