The Pitco PTB6700607C Probe Service Kit FBG Wiring is a temperature-sensing service kit for commercial fryers. It contains wiring and parts to assemble the probe circuit in the fryer. During operation, the wiring is used to transmit electrical information from the temperature-sensing assembly to the control system and is mounted between the temperature-sensing assembly and the control system. The control system communicates with the cooking oil temperature sensor to control the cooking oil heating system based on the programmed setting of the equipment.
