Description

The Pitco PTB6756601C Fryer Hi-Limit Service Kit detects excessive cooking oil temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset safety threshold is reached, preventing the system from continuing to heat under over-temperature conditions. The service kit contains the hi-limit control and associated parts required to restore the equipment's temperature safety system and reconnect the control circuit. Installed within the fryer's control compartment, the assembly interfaces with the temperature sensing probe and electrical wiring. It operates with the thermostat, burner controls, and safety circuitry to supervise operating temperature throughout the frying cycle.
