Description

The Pitco PTPP10612 Fryer Heavy Duty Filter Paper removes food particles and residue from cooking oil as liquid passes through the sheet during filtration. Its porous surface lets oil flow onward while retaining crumbs and suspended debris collected from frying operations. Positioned inside the designated filter pan, the 3-1/2" X 24" size fits compatible filtration systems, with 100/pack supplying multiple sheets for routine operation. This disposable material is used in commercial kitchens during oil maintenance between frying cycles. Each sheet can be inserted, removed, and discarded after processing, keeping filtration operations.
