The Southbend 1195164 Range Quadrant Assembly is a mechanical control part that fits in the compatible commercial ranges. This assembly uses a 1/2" exterior diameter tube with a 1/8" plate of steel to create a robust pivot and guide interface for the range control lever. Fitted within the control linkage area of the range, it links the user controls to the internal components of the range, the valve stems or the selector shafts. Being the control systems of the range, it allows one to select and adjust the operation of burners accurately.
