The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie B204149 Quartz Heater 2-Pack is a heating part with heating elements that when powered by 208-volt power, emit infrared heat into cooking or warming components. The two heaters are fitted into the special brackets or slots. These heaters are installed in the heating compartment of the appliance, usually above or behind the food space, and are installed in the internal frame where the heaters previously were. They are used as a substitute heat source in foodservice condition in countertop or built-in units that need infrared-style heating.
