Description

The Robot Coupe R270 Slicing Disc 6mm is a slicing disc that rotates at a high speed inside the food processor so that the food is exposed to the sharpened blade and is cut into 6mm uniform slices as it moves through the chute. The rotating movement and the shape of the blades will produce even slices at the thickness required per cycle. It is connected to the transmission shaft of compatible food processors. This disc is fitted into the slicing assemblyso the operators are able to change the cutting thickness.
