Description

The Robot Coupe R291 Slicing Disc 1mm 1/32" cuts food items by rotating through the food processor and scraping. The objects are steered in a uniform manner across the blade to create uniform cuts as it runs continuously. This is attached to the inside of the processor bowl, and is mounted on the drive shaft below the lid. This is made to fine vegetables and fruits among other food items. It has a flat shape that allows the cutting surface to be in constant contact with it during processing.
