The Component Hardware Group R42-2844 Chrome Plated Hinge Edgemount offset is used to control the movement of the door by enabling it to rotate on a fixed pivot point and enabling. This is attached to the edge and panels, whereby an offset arrangement is needed to clear properly. It has a chrome-plated finish and an offset of 1-1/4" and is often applied to commercial cabinets, enclosures, and equipment doors that need to have a controlled opening and closing movement.
