Description

The American Range R80002 Safety Griddle Valve regulates the gas flow to the appliance burner and also includes a safety feature to control ignition and flame operation. It operates by opening and closing the gas passage in accordance with the temperature and conditions, of the pilot flame which supports ensure the proper operation of the burner in the cooking process. This valve is usually included in the gas control assembly in the rear of the front control panel adjacent to the burner and pilot system connections on the griddle.
