Description

The Randell RP COI1803 Blast Chiller Coil Electrofin has a coated evaporator coil that enables the transfer of heat by letting it take in heat in the interior air of the blast chiller. This circulates within the coil, where it changes the state and removes thermal energy in food products, accelerating the chilling process. It is attached to the compartment units, attached at the points where the airflow directions flow across the coil surfaces with warm air. The electrofin coating is applied to coil fins and tubes.
