The Randell RP LVR0708 Louvered Door Bottom Breading Station CFA has a forced-air system with high velocity to ensure a uniform temperature of ingredients and keep breading dry and manageable. This unique unit pumps chilled air under the food pans and inside the cabinet to maintain food safety when the prep cycles are high. The station is to be fitted in a smooth operation with a commercial kitchen breading line, which is usually set up between the raw protein preparation place.
