American Range A14005 Range Rear Burner Assembly

The American Range A14005 Range Rear Burner Assembly generates and distributes the gas flame required for cooking in the unit position, providing controlled heat beneath cookware during operation. The assembly includes the burner parts that mix gas with air before combustion, producing an even flame pattern for consistent heating across the cooking surface. It is installed in the rear burner location of compatible commercial gas ranges, where it forms part of the primary cooking system beneath the top grate. This burner assembly supports routine cooking operations by delivering controlled heat for commercial food preparation.
