The Pitco 60126502 Fryer Gas Valve Conversion Kit Natural to LP enables the shift of a deep skillet using natural gas to an LP one by replacing the internal orifices and regulator springs. These particular elements regulate the flow rate and pressure levels to allow the increased density of propane fuel. This hardware is mounted directly on the current gas valve assembly that is behind the front service panel of the appliance. This also contains a swap sticker to mark the new fuel specs to be used in future maintenance.
