Description

The Robot Coupe 27120 Straight Blade Assembly R502/R5 works by centrifuging at high speed in the machine bowl to slice through ingredients by a rotary force. The sharpened metal edges cut solid food materials to produce uniform cuts, purees or minces by consistent mechanical rotation. This part is fitted to the central motor shaft of the compatible appliance and clips into place below the lid assembly. Being the main cutting attachment, the blade is kept in the center when working to provide a uniform contact with the contents.
